Hatha Yoga

Classes are in the Parish Hall, Tuesdays and Fridays 10.00am to 11.30am

We are a friendly group of all ages and abilities that likes to practice yoga in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Classes are on twice a week so choose the best day for you, Tuesday or Friday, or even both!

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, sex or ability. It is non-competitive. The aim is to work within your limits and be comfortable at all times. Yoga brings a feeling of wellbeing, offering relaxation and calm to counter the stresses and strains of 21st Century living. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible. It also improves functioning of the Respiratory, Circulation, Digestive and Hormonal systems.

Why not improve your health and give yoga a try. Just come along and bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
