This year’s charity Pumpkin Competition was held at the Crown Inn, Sleetmoor Lane.  The Pumpkin was donated by Steve Young, member of Bridle Lane Allotments.

Prizes were donated by local businesses and collected by Councillor Paul Price. 

Fundraising at the Crown Inn has benefitted many charities such as ; Prostate Cancer; Teenage Cancer Trust; Association of Blood Bikes; Meningitis; Parkinson’s Disease; Macmillan; Wish Upon A Star; Crohn’s & Colitis and Joshua Hart.
