Alfreton Tesco’s Community  Champion, Joanna Dronfield, has for many years worked closely with Territorial Envoy Terence Carpenter of The Salvation Army, and here they are pictured with members of the Salvation Army from Somercotes Corps and the Tesco Store Manager collecting baskets full of toys that were bought and kindly donated to the Salvation Army by Tesco customers, and which were distributed this Christmas time to needy local children and their families together with food parcels from The Salvation Army.
