An Independent Custody Visitor to the Derbyshire Police Authority?
Independent Custody Visitors are volunteer members of the local community who visit police stations unannounced to check on the welfare of people in police custody.
Custody Visitors make regular visits to designated police stations, they look, listen, observe and report back to the Derbyshire Police Authority on their findings.
Help Derbyshire Police Authority maintain police accountability in the county by volunteering as an Independent Custody Visitor. Anyone aged over 18 with a Derbyshire address is welcome to apply.
