New Information Boards

The Council is delighted to introduce four new Interpretation Boards into the Parish. The boards were funded by Derbyshire County Council (DCC) and illustrated by Somercotes Local History Society (SLHS) in conjunction with Somercotes Parish Council (SPC).

The boards detail the history of each particular area and are located on Nottingham Road, Sleetmoor Lane, Birchwood Lane and on the side of the Dog & Doublet pub at Pye Bridge.
