Treetops Hospice Care Needs Your Help!
by Parish Council on Wednesday 5 June 2019

Do you have some free time? Would you like a volunteering role that you can fit around your other commitments? Treetops Hospice Care is looking for a Community Ambassador for your parish.

Treetops Hospice Care provides nursing care & emotional support for adults living with a life-limiting illness whilst offering bereavement and counselling services to help support families at one of the most difficult times of their lives. Our ambition is to make every day count for patients and families living with life-limiting illnesses or affected by death and dying; our vision is that everyone living within the communities we serve has access to end of life care of the highest quality.

As a Community Ambassador you will promote Treetops events in your parish through posters and word of mouth; set up and run collection/information stalls in your local area; introduce the work of Treetops to your network; promote Treetops to local community groups and voluntary groups; manage collection tins in local shops and businesses. You will be fully supported in your role by our Community Fundraising team.

Book A Speaker

Are you a member of a community group that would like to hear more about the work of Treetops Hospice Care?  We would love to come along to one of your meetings and explain how we support families in your parish and how our services can be accessed.

For an informal chat about becoming a Community Ambassador or to book a speak contact Christine Selden, Community Fundraiser on 0115 949 1264 or email cselden@treetopshospice.org.uk
